At Crown Street Roasting Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully:
1. **Coffee Beans**:
   - We do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened bags of coffee beans.
2. **Clothing and Merchandise**:
   - We will accept returns or exchanges for unused and unworn clothing or merchandise within 14 days of purchase.
   - Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
3. **Process**:
   - To initiate a return or exchange, please bring your item and receipt to the store within 14 days of purchase.

4. **Refunds**:
